Rotaract Club Wien-Stadtpark is a proud member of the multi-national service project Rotaract Hearts.

Rotaract Hearts to South Africa’s aim is to help and improve living and education standards for pupils in one of the poorest region in South Africa. After a scouting mission in March 2011, the Rotaract Hearts team re-visited Tzaneen, Limpopo in March 2012. 13 Rotaractors from Austria, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and Switzerland together with the local Rotaract Club Warriors renovated facilities for over 200 deaf-mute pupils at the Yingisani School for special education.

In May 2012, at the Rotaract European Convention in Moscow, the Rotaract Hearts team won the second place for the Best European Service Project award. Also, it won the hearts of Rotaractors from all over Europe.
